Dan Fraser's Story The Pacific Truck crossing at Blaine Washington, not the Peace Arch crossing was a dream for getting the TN-1. The company did not even sent the offer letter on letterhead. They just laser printed it on regular paper. They accepted it anyway though they did phone the company. The guy handling it was great. The older guys who are near retirement, who've seen it all are usually the easiest to deal with. I went down a few days early to get the visa before I signed the papers selling my house and finally quitting my job. The visa was stamped "Multiple Entry" so the BS about havong to get a new one every time you enter the country was avoided. My daughter was with me and I made sure I took copies of the custody order with me when we crossed to head for LA. When my daughted flew back to visit her mother for Easter, I gave her a photocopy of my entire passport as her name is in it, This did the trick to let her fly back on a return ticket. Normally, non-US residents cannot fly into the USA on the return half of a ticket.
