Water concerns were minimal due to the fact that the property shares a nearby water well. Eric, a client of six years now, was familiar with our work from various projects in the past. So when it came time to tackle this project, Eric had a good feeling for our creative style and communicated some basic requirements. Apart from that the project mandate was to tap into our creative resources and deliver a landscape that displayed maximum visual impact. The project was very exciting since Eric and his family were especially open to suggestions. A lot of time was spent communicating on the general plan, while the details were left up to us. Additional requirements included having water faucets, low voltage lighting, and focal points throughout the yard. Considering the size of the yard we were able to incorporate water features, playgrounds, and walkways that provided access to all points of the yard. Eric is the kind of customer that enjoys implementing new enhancements from time to time, and it's only a matter of time before we implement a new creative feature (such as a putting green).
