Home Page; one of the first Canadian government Web sites to be compliant

Accomplishments: Updated
LAVA brand, created viewmusic
and Oozic brands. Directed development
of a dynamic, remotely-updatable and localizeable Web presence with e-commerce

strategy, promotions, and guerilla marketing resulted in over 650,000
registered users and delivery of over 2 million units of Lava software
via the Lava.com. Built a cohesive Creative Sciences team, removing all
dependencies upon parent company design, writing and editing resources.
This strong team was built during a very competitive era of hiring in
Silicon Valley. Directed user interface design for software products -
received award for Animation Magazine's "Top 15 Coolest Digital Toys".
Coached the channel marketing divisions and product marketing management
to meet the creative goals and objectives of the company. Worked with
partners (including Walt Disney Records, SPIN Records, TommyBoy Records,
WebNoize) to develop co-marketing opportunities.
