Focused content strategy, promotions, and guerilla marketing resulted in over 650,000 registered users and delivery of over 2 million units of Lava software via the Lava.com. Built a cohesive Creative Sciences team, removing all dependencies upon parent company design, writing and editing resources. This strong team was built during a very competitive era of hiring in Silicon Valley. Directed user interface design for software products - received award for Animation Magazine's "Top 15 Coolest Digital Toys". Coached the channel marketing divisions and product marketing management to meet the creative goals and objectives of the company. Took customer satisfaction from worst to first in its market (survey by Deloitte and Touche in 1996 corroborated). Accomplishments: Shipped V1.0 of SOFTIMAGE|DS. Designed Graphical User Interface components of SOFTIMAGE|DS (one of the most highly regarded software interfaces) and Digital Studio Guided Tour multimedia software. Hired and trained full time SOFTIMAGE GUI designers.
